Paying for everyday things shouldn't need a menu.
Long USSD codes, menus that time out, apps that eat your data, and screens that only speak one language. Most of us already use WhatsApp every day. So we're putting your payments there, and letting you simply say what you need.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Dalab works inside WhatsApp. You call it, voice-note it or chat with it just like any contact.
Is Dalab a bank or mobile money provider?
No. Dalab AI is a technology company. Dalab is the assistant you talk to; the payments themselves will be processed by licensed payment providers.
How do I know a payment is safe?
Dalab always reads the details back to you, and nothing is paid until you confirm with your PIN, entered privately in the chat. You get a receipt for every transaction.
Which languages will it speak?
English first. Luganda and Swahili are next on our list, because talking to Dalab should feel as natural as talking to a friend.
How much will it cost?
